These cute little amigurumi crochet animals are just the right kind of shelf buddy you want hanging around. Using the same crochet pattern for the body made in the continuous amigurumi crochet method, they come to life with the details you add for the dangly legs, arms, wings and ears!

They are perfect for a little Easter home decoration or as a super cute gift for a little one you might know. This chick, lamb and bunny crochet pattern is yours to customise and make your very own.

About the Amigurumi Crochet Animals

If you’ve never tried the amigurumi crochet technique then this is the perfect place to start! These little guys won’t take long to make at all and each of their bodies are worked in exactly the same continuous rounds method so you’ll be a pro by the time you finish them!

Each of the legs and ears are similar too but just tweaked slightly to suit each animal. All that’s left to do after that is add your little facial features and you are done. A great little Easter treat as an alternative to chocolate or even as a baby shower nursery gift.

Yarn

To crochet the chick, bunny and lamb I used DMC Natura Just Cotton, which is 100% cotton, 50g/155m and so lovely to work with.

I used around 20g each of Ivory, Rose Soraya, Tournesol, plus a small amount of Ombre and Safran

A great alternative yarn is Comfy Fingering yarn by WeCrochet which is 75% Pima Cotton, 25% acrylic 218yds/50g.

Both of these yarns come in a beautiful range of colours so you can really personalise yours if you like!
